Vaishnavi Jewels (Vaishnavi Gem & Jewel Pvt Ltd) in Surat invites a focused Data Entry & Accounts Executive to join our Parle Point showroom. You will manage daily Tally Prime entries and Excel records, supporting our accounts team.

The role requires Tally knowledge, strong Excel, fast typing, and fluency in Gujarati/Hindi with basic English. B.Com preferred; police verification and Surat references are required before joining. Salary ranges ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month for full-time work.

Qualifications

• Tally knowledge is essential; 1+ year hands-on Tally, or a Tally certificate.
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables.
• Good typing speed; multilingual: Gujarati, Hindi, basic English.

Responsibilities

• Daily entries in Tally Prime for sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals.
• Stock, billing and customer records in Excel; reconcile with Tally and Excel; manual registers matched.
• GST invoices and records for our CA; ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Vaishnavi Jewels (Vaishnavi Gem & Jewel Pvt Ltd) is a certified diamond jewellery showroom and manufacturer in Surat since 2005. We are hiring a full-time Data Entry & Accounts Executive (Tally + Excel) for our Parle Point showroom.

Responsibilities: daily entries in Tally Prime (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals); stock, billing and customer records in Excel; manual registers matched with Tally and Excel; stock tallying and reconciliation; GST invoices and records for our CA.

Requirements: Tally knowledge is essential (1+ year of hands‑on Tally, or freshers with a Tally certificate); good Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables); fast, accurate typing; Gujarati, Hindi and basic English; lives in Surat. B.Com preferred. Police verification and one local Surat reference (not a family member) are required before joining.

Salary: Rs 20,000 to 25,000 per month, based on skill and experience. Timings: 10:45 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
