Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in Tally Prime.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journals.
• Maintain jewellery stock and inventory records in Tally.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash balances and ledgers.
• Prepare customer/vendor ledgers and outstanding statements.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related work.
• Verify invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Prepare reports and account statements as required by management.
• Coordinate with client for accounting and documentation requirements.
