Job summary

Net Connect in India seeks a Level 3 Data Center Support Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot the physical data center infrastructure across partner sites in Ahmedabad and Jaipur. You will perform rack installations, cable management, and hardware troubleshooting to meet SLA timelines, coordinating with telecom teams and customers for fast incident resolution.

You will work on-site in shifts, handle asset inventory, contribute to service desk operations, and ensure safety and ITSM process

Qualifications

• Proven data center operations experience in Telecom or IT infra.

• Carry out copper and fiber cable laying, patching, and dressing according to standard build procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, link, and connectivity issues within defined SLA timelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data center operations and IT infrastructure management, specifically within the Telecom sector.
• Strong technical expertise in handling servers, switches, routers, cabling systems, and fiber optics.
• Demonstrated ability to work in shifts and during non-standard hours to meet operational needs.
• Experience in managing and maintaining physical infrastructure, including installation and decommissioning of hardware.
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems to manage incidents, service requests, and ensure SLA compliance.
