Mastermind Network is seeking a skilled MIS & Sales Analytics professional to analyze large datasets and convert insights for leadership. You will automate reports using Excel VBA, develop dashboards, and consolidate MIS outputs to track KPIs such as stock, retail, enquiries, and bookings.

The role requires 4+ years in MIS or sales analytics and strong Excel/VBA skills. The position involves coordinating with the sales team to collect data, generate daily and monthly MIS reports, and present

Formación

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in MIS, sales analytics, or business reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas). VBA.

Responsabilidades

• Automation: Using Excel VBA/Macros to automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to increase efficiency.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generating, maintaining, and consolidating MIS reports.
• Data Visualization: Designing dashboards and presentations (PPT) with charts.
• Compilation and management of data, and visualizations, to track KPIs such as stock nos, retail, enquiries, and bookings.
• Creating daily and monthly MIS reports and presenting them to top management.
• Preparing MIS Reports like Target Vs Achievement report daily and monthly, Trend sheet for Customer order and Enquiry for Analysis and Management decision.
• Coordinating with sales team to collect and clean data as required.

• Collect The data from All region and Making their Multiple kinds of reports.

Role & responsibilities

Note : This role is on Third party payroll, its a permanent position on payroll of staffing vendor
