Job summary

Beco is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics professional in Mumbai to transform data into actionable insights across sales, inventory and demand planning.

You will build MIS, dashboards and regular performance reports, monitor KPIs like stock levels and forecast accuracy, and collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to drive data-driven decisions. Experience with Advanced Excel is essential to automate reports, identify discrepancies, and deliver timely analyses to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics / Data Analytics / Business Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of inventory, demand planning, and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, inventory, demand, procurement, and warehouse data to identify trends and gaps.
• Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards, and regular performance reports.
• Track key supply chain KPIs such as inventory levels, stock-outs, ageing, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Support Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams with data‑driven insights and analysis.
• Automate and improve existing reports and dashboards wherever possible.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and provide relevant analysis.
