Job summary

Bajaj Finserv Asset Management Ltd is seeking a data analyst to build and maintain data models and dashboards that drive insights for marketing, customer, and commercial functions. You will translate raw data into visual formats and work with business teams to meet data needs.

The role involves creating dashboards, writing optimized SQL, performing exploratory analysis, and building Excel models to inform decisions. Office-based, full-time role in Pune.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Strong command of Excel for modeling, analysis and financial calculations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation.
• Solid foundation in data visualization principles and reporting best practices.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and extract meaning from them.
• Background or strong interest in marketing analytics, customer analytics or business analytics domains.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
