Role Overview

The Data Analyst (PowerBI) will play a pivotal role in transforming complex pharmaceutical datasets into clear, actionable insights through advanced data visualization and analytics. This position focuses on designing and delivering high-impact, client-ready dashboards while partnering with cross-functional teams to support evidence-based decision‑making in the bio‑pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deliver client-ready visualization dashboards using tools like PowerBI and MS Excel
• Analyze and interpret relevant pharma datasets such as Patient data and Rx data to generate meaningful insights
• Apply your strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to tackle complex data challenges
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members, translating complex data into actionable business insights
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements, attending key conferences and summarizing findings for clients and internal terms

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years in data analysis or visualization, preferably within the bio‑pharma industry
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI and MS Excel
• Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on pharma-relevant datasets, including patient and prescription data
• Visualization Expertise: Proven ability to develop client-ready dashboards and visualizations with minimal guidance
