Role Overview
As an Analyst – Reporting & Analytics, you will support the execution of analytics and reporting projects by developing structured reports, presentations, business documentation, and dashboards. This role is well suited for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent documentation and communication skills.
You will work closely with senior team members and stakeholders to deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, build presentation-ready outputs, and support key documentation (BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, trackers, and process notes). The role requires strong hands‑on skills in Excel and reporting tools (preferred), attention to detail, and the ability to translate business discussions and data into clear, structured deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics Support
- Support the development and delivery of analytics and reporting solutions for key client stakeholders.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, summaries, and data‑driven outputs to support business decision‑making.
- Work with structured datasets using Excel and reporting tools to validate, analyze, and translate data into meaningful reports and insights.
- Closely support analytics and reporting programs by leveraging relevant platforms.
- Assist in interpreting data and translating findings into clear business insights.
Documentation, Presentation & Delivery Support
- Prepare and maintain business documentation including BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, process notes, tracker sheets, status updates, and meeting summaries.
- Convert stakeholder discussions, project requirements, and analytical outputs into structured documents and polished PowerPoint presentations.
- Support requirements gathering by capturing notes, action items, assumptions, dependencies, and follow‑ups in a clear and organized manner.
- Coordinate with internal team members and stakeholders to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and support timely execution of deliverables.
- Track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and updates across ongoing workstreams.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and version control across reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Bring structure and organization to ongoing workstreams through strong documentation, communication, and follow‑through.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business analysis, documentation, project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data handling, validation, complex computation and analysis.
- Hands on experience PowerPoint, with the ability to create polished, professional, and executive‑ready presentations.
- Experience in preparing structured business documents such as BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, process documents, trackers, and meeting notes.
- Experience in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to work in an organized manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, consulting, or other data‑driven business environments.
- Familiarity with commercial analytics, reporting, or business support functions.
- Basic awareness of datasets such as sales, patients, field force, claims, or other business performance datasets is an advantage.
- Experience supporting client‑facing teams with reporting, presentations, and documentation will be preferred.
