Job summary

DataZymes Analytics Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, India seeks a BI/Analytics professional with 3–5 years of hands-on pharma analytics experience.

You will design, develop, and deploy dashboard solutions for Commercial and Sales functions, leveraging Tableau and Power BI to deliver actionable insights for US clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client discussions, and contribute to pre-sales and marketing initiatives within DataZymes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design, development and deployment of dashboards and analytics in pharma tech.
• Experience with pharma commercial analytics and US Life Sciences ops.
• Strong data management, data modeling and data wrangling skills.
• Proven Tableau Developer with BI project delivery experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pharma datasets (Sales, Rx, Claims, Specialty Pharmacy) to design dashboards.
• Consult with US pharma clients to plan, design and execute analytics projects.
• Create dashboards with Tableau (primary) and Power BI (secondary).
• Ensure data quality and perform performance optimization of BI solutions.
• Own accounts and manage project deadlines with minimal supervision.

Job Description

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3-4 years of hands‑on experience in pharma life science analytics, supporting Commercial and Sales
functions. Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying dashboarding, data visualizations, and
analytics using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Expertise with various Pharma datasets such as Sales, Rx, Claims, Specialty Pharmacy etc.
  
• Consulting with US pharma clients to plan, design and execute consulting projects.
  
• Understand business problems and requirements to recommend solutions.
  
• Designing dashboards with the use of visualization tools , primarily Tableau and secondary Power
  BI
  
• Strong knowledge of Data Management concepts
  
• Optimize BI Solutions for performance and intuitiveness.
  
• Own accounts independently and ensure delivery excellence and quality
  
• Manage project deadlines and deliverables with minimal supervision.
  
• Analyzing the data to identify trends and share insights.
  
• Providing support to pre-sales and marketing initiatives within Datazymes
  
• Participate in client discussions, demos, and Proof of Concepts development.
  

Must Have Skills

• Deep experience in the Pharma Commercial Analytics domain.
  
• Understanding of Commercial, Sales and Marketing operations within US Life Sciences
  
• Strong knowledge of data management, relational & dimensional data modeling concepts
  
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer
  
• Ability to articulate customer requirements and translate them into BI- applications.

Requirements

Education

• B.E, B.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Analytics, or related field
  

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, life sciences analytics, or consulting
  
• Experience working across multiple therapeutic areas
  
• Experience delivering analytics in a client‑facing environment preferred
