Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst to transform complex healthcare, life sciences and business data into actionable insights for our AI-driven platforms.

The role works closely with our AI/ML, scientific and product teams to prepare, analyse, visualise and interpret data supporting drug discovery, clinical development and commercial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate and analyse structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop analytical models, dashboards and reports to support product and business decisions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, and identify meaningful trends, patterns and relationships.
• Work with biomedical, clinical, pharmaceutical and commercial datasets.
• Build data pipelines and reusable analytical workflows.
• Create clear visualisations and data-driven reports for technical and business users.
• Support the ML teams with data preparation, feature engineering and model evaluation.
• Validate data quality, consistency and completeness.
• Document analytical methodologies and findings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on data analysis experience.
• Strong Python skills, particularly Pandas and NumPy.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with data cleaning, exploratory analysis and visualisation.
• Good understanding of statistics and analytical methods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Experience with one or more of:

• Healthcare, pharmaceutical or life sciences data.
• Clinical trial or clinical research data.
• Biomedical datasets.
• Drug discovery data.
• Commercial and market intelligence.
• APIs and data integration.
• Python visualisation libraries such as Matplotlib or Plotly.
• Basic machine learning concepts.
