Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Data & AI Lead to define and execute enterprise data, analytics, BI, and AI initiatives. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and Power BI developers to deliver scalable data platforms and AI-powered business outcomes.

The role focuses on establishing standards, driving innovation, and maximizing business value from Microsoft Data & AI technologies, including Azure Data Bricks, Synapse, Power BI, and Copilot.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading Data & AI teams.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, lakehouse architectures.
• Expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and enterprise reporting.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, and related Microsoft AI capabilities.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; familiarity with Generative AI, Copilot, RAG, and semantic search.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and enterprise automation.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud architecture, security, governance, and compliance.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytics, automation, predictive insights, and AI opportunities.
• Define and execute the Data & AI roadmap aligned with business priorities and transformation objectives.

• Drive adoption of Microsoft Data & AI technologies including Azure Data Bricks, Azure Synapse, Power BI, and Copilot.
• Establish and govern enterprise standards for data architecture, data engineering, reporting, analytics, AI development, security, and governance.
• Lead delivery of initiatives from ideation to deployment with scalability and performance.
• Implement DataOps, MLOps, AI governance, and monitoring practices.

Job Purpose

The Data & AI Lead will define, lead, and execute enterprise Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives across business functions. This role is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and Power BI Developers to deliver scalable data platforms, advanced analytics solutions, enterprise reporting capabilities, automation, and AI-powered business outcomes. The role focuses on establishing technical standards, driving innovation, ensuring delivery excellence, and maximizing business value from Microsoft Data & AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and Power BI Developers, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and career development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and technology teams to identify opportunities for analytics, automation, predictive insights, and AI-driven decision making.
• Define and execute the Data & AI roadmap aligned with business priorities and digital transformation objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise data platforms, reporting solutions, AI applications, and analytics products.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Data & AI technologies including Azure Data Bricks, Azure Synapse, Power BI, Azure AI Services, and Copilot technologies.
• Establish and govern enterprise standards for data architecture, data engineering, reporting, analytics, AI development, security, and operational excellence.
• Lead delivery of initiatives from ideation to deployment, ensuring solution scalability, reliability, performance, and business adoption.
• Implement DataOps, MLOps, AI governance, and monitoring practices to ensure sustainable and compliant operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and technical capability development across the Data & AI organization.
• Stakeholder management and executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Experience Required

• 8+ years experience in leading Data & AI Teams
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, lakehouse architectures, semantic models, and analytics solutions.
• Expertise in Power BI including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization, deployment pipelines, governance, administration, and enterprise reporting best practices.
• Experience developing and deploying AI and Machine Learning solutions using Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and related Microsoft AI capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, data engineering frameworks, and machine learning development practices.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Copilot technologies, Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Semantic Search, and Vector Database concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, and enterprise automation solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud architecture, API integrations, enterprise security, identity management, data governance, responsible AI, and compliance standards.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams while providing technical direction, solution architecture oversight, and delivery governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
