Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of professional experience in Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research, Supply Chain Analytics or Digital Transformation.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, data engineering concepts and large-scale data analysis.
  • Experience with analytics and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Plotly or similar tools.
  • Experience with cloud-based analytical platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent technologies.
  • Good understanding of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics methodologies, and simulation techniques.
  • Understanding of data analytics, process mining, and decision intelligence concepts.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes including planning, logistics, inventory management or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analytical insights to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities across supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into analytical use cases and data-driven solutions.
  • Design and develop dashboards, KPIs and visualization solutions to enable actionable business insights.
  • Partner with product owners, data engineers and development teams to ensure scalable implementation of analytical solutions.
  • Drive adoption of predictive and prescriptive analytics approaches to support autonomous planning and digital transformation initiatives.

Role – Data Engineer – Supply Chain Digitalization
