Job summary

Blitz in Delhi is hiring for a frontline Operations Lead to drive day-to-day pick/pack/dispatch and inventory control for our Same-Day delivery network.

You will plan rosters, monitor real-time orders, and ensure SLA adherence while managing frontline teams and optimizing stock accuracy. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to keep our hub operations smooth and scalable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations.
• Understanding of picking, packing, dispatch & inventory.
• Experience managing frontline teams & shift operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
