Job summary

Dynamics Monk Consulting Services in India seeks a Senior CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure technical designs and lead development teams.

The role requires hands-on expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CRM, with strong architecture, governance, and DevOps capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Design and implement enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 CRM
• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.
• Design optimized Dataverse data models, business rules, relationships, and security frameworks.
• Develop executive dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
• Build integrations between Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and external systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical solution designs and architecture documents.
• Define integration and data architecture strategies.
• Establish best practices for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Manage Power Platform solution packaging and deployments, including Managed Solutions.

• Prepare technical estimations, risk assessments, solution designs, and deployment plans.
