D365 Technical Project Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, integration, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of D365 technical expertise, project management, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, including implementation, upgrades, migration, integrations, and enhancements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical architects, developers, and third-party vendors.
• Drive technical discussions around D365 architecture, customization, integrations, data migration, and solution design.
• Ensure successful integration of D365 with external applications using APIs, Azure services, Power Platform, and middleware.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, project governance meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and ensure timely resolution of delivery challenges.
• Ensure quality, security, performance, and adherence to development and architecture standards.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, go-live, and post-production support activities.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1318 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in project/program management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably D365 Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement/CRM, or Business Central.
• Good technical understanding of D365 customization, configuration, X++, C#, .NET, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• Experience with Azure integration services, APIs, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and DevOps.
• Strong experience in project planning, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing distributed technical teams and multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise D365 transformation programs.
• Experience in pre-sales, estimation, project planning, and solution delivery is an added advantage.
