Job summary

SRK Powertech in India seeks an experienced ecommerce operations lead to own Shopify backend, manage product listings, pricing, inventory, collections, and merchandising. You will coordinate with warehouses, logistics, and support teams to ensure accurate stock, timely fulfillment, and smooth promotions.

The role requires hands-on experience with Shopify apps and Unicommerce, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a data-driven approach to optimize orders, returns, and RTOs while supporting launches

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in D2C Ecommerce Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Unicommerce.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, payment gateways, logistics, returns, and RTOs.
• Experience with Shopify apps, website merchandising, and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ecommerce reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify backend, including product listings, pricing, inventory, collections, and website merchandising.

• Oversee the complete order lifecycle, including fulfillment, returns, refunds, and RTO management.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer support, finance, and tech teams for smooth operations.
• Configure discounts, payment gateways, shipping rules, and troubleshoot operational or integration issues.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and sale events with complete backend readiness.
• Monitor operational reports and identify process improvement opportunities.
