Job summary

Four Aces Fashion House is seeking a results-driven Ecommerce Manager to own and scale the D2C online business in Mumbai. You will oversee the website on Shopify, drive digital marketing campaigns, optimize SEO/SEM, manage CRM programs, and ensure a seamless customer journey across digital touchpoints to maximize revenue and brand visibility.

The role requires strong analytics, leadership potential, and collaboration across design, product, marketplace, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Commerce or IT with strong communication skills.
• MBA in Marketing Digital preferred with ecommerce exposure.
• Experience in managing D2C or ecommerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Shopify website operations and performance.
• Drive SEO and SEM initiatives to increase traffic and rankings.
• Plan and monitor performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta.

Role Summary

Responsible for managing and scaling the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Ecommerce business.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of the website, digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, CRM, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across digital touchpoints to maximize revenue, conversion, and brand visibility.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end-to-end website operations on Shopify.
• Drive SEO (on-page and off-page) to increase website traffic and rankings.
• Plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, Marketplace Ads).
• Execute Omni-channel campaigns including Google My Business (GMB) and Meta platforms.
• Manage CRM for website: customer segmentation, retention campaigns, loyalty programs.
• Oversee UI/UX improvements to enhance customer journey and conversion rate.
• Analyze website performance, marketing ROI, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design, product, marketplace, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
