Homemonde Lifestyle is seeking a proactive D2C Executive in Jaipur to manage day-to-day D2C operations, analyze business performance, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. The role requires strong Shopify knowledge, data analysis skills, and an eye for operational improvements.

You will extract and analyze Shopify data, monitor key D2C metrics, and ensure accurate reporting and seamless order processing, payments, shipping, and returns as part of end-to-end D2C operations.

Responsabilidades

• Shopify Management & Reporting: extract, download, and analyze data related to sales, orders, products, customers, returns, refunds, and inventory.
• Data Analysis: use Excel/Sheets to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Sales & Performance Tracking: monitor D2C metrics and prepare regular reports.
• D2C Operations: coordinate end-to-end order processing, payments, shipping, returns, inventory, and customer issues.
• Third-Party Coordination: liaise with agencies, vendors, logistics partners, marketplaces, and service providers.
• Problem-Solving: investigate root causes and implement practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Task Ownership & Follow-up: track tasks and ensure timely closure.
• Data Accuracy: verify reports, orders, payments, and records to resolve discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to boost efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Cross-functional Coordination: work with internal teams to ensure smooth D2C activities.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented D2C Executive to manage day-to-day D2C operations, analyze business performance, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Shopify, good analytical skills, and the ability to identify operational issues and drive them towards resolution.

• Shopify Management & Reporting: Extract, download, and analyze data from Shopify related to sales, orders, products, customers, returns, refunds, and inventory.
• Data Analysis: Work with Excel and Google Sheets to analyze business performance, identify trends, discrepancies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Sales & Performance Tracking: Monitor key D2C metrics and prepare regular reports to support business decisions.
• D2C Operations: Coordinate end-to-end operations, including order processing, payment tracking, shipping, returns, refunds, inventory updates, and customer-related issues.
• Third-Party Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with external agencies, vendors, logistics partners, marketplaces, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Problem-Solving: Identify operational challenges, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Task Ownership & Follow-up: Independently track pending tasks, follow up with concerned teams or partners, and ensure timely closure.
• Data Accuracy: Verify reports, orders, payments, and operational records to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall D2C performance.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of D2C activities and timely resolution of issues.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong working knowledge of Shopify, including reports, dashboards, and data extraction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data analysis and reporting.
• Basic understanding of D2C and e-commerce operations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong follow-up skills, ownership, and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Candidates with prior experience in D2C, e-commerce operations, or Shopify-based businesses will be preferred.
• Candidates who can independently analyze data, identify issues, and take action rather than simply prepare reports.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within a short notice period will be preferred.
