Job Description

We are seeking a skilled personnel with strong Shopify expertise to manage and optimize our online store. This role involves day-to-day e-commerce operations, improving website performance, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

• Manage, update, and optimize the Shopify store, including products, collections, menus, and onsite SEO.
• Customize Shopify themes (basic Liquid, HTML, CSS preferred).
• Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps to enhance store functionality.
• Maintain store performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.

E-commerce Operations

• Oversee product uploads, pricing updates, inventory accuracy, and order flow.
• Coordinate with fulfillment, warehouse, and customer service teams.
• Monitor customer journey and resolve issues related to checkout, payments, or navigation.

Sales Growth & Optimization

• Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
• Improve PDPs, landing pages, and cart/checkout experience.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve traffic, conversions, and AOV.
• Monitor site performance and fix broken links, errors, or UX issues.

Marketing Coordination
