Experience: 6 months to 2 years preferred | Strong freshers with e-commerce exposure may apply
We are looking for a sharp, hands‑on D2C E-Commerce Operations Associate who wants to understand what really happens behind the scenes of a growing online brand.
This is not a desk‑only coordination role.
You will work across inventory, vendors, order fulfilment, Shopify, marketplaces, courier partners, packaging, dispatches, and customer experience. Some days you will be updating stock. Some days you will be chasing delivery aggregators. Some days you may be packing orders yourself to make sure the branding material, product presentation, and unboxing experience are exactly right.
We are a young startup with a small team, so we want someone who does not think in “this is not my job” mode. We want someone who can own the backend of the business like it is their own brand.
If you are excited by D2C, love solving messy operational problems, and want to grow with a brand from the inside, this role is for you.
You will help manage daily order processing, packing, labelling, shipment creation, and dispatch coordination.
The goal is simple: every customer should receive the right product, in the right packaging, with the right brand experience.
You will track stock movement, update inventory records, coordinate replenishments, and help avoid stock‑outs or overstocking.
You should be comfortable working with sheets, numbers, product counts, and daily operational tracking.
You will work on backend updates across Shopify, the website, and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms.
This may include stock updates, order status checks, listing support, product information updates, and marketplace coordination.
You will coordinate with vendors, printers, suppliers, packaging partners, and production teams to make sure material comes in on time and as expected.
Basic negotiation, follow‑ups, and strong communication will be part of the role.
You will work with courier and logistics partners for pickups, delivery delays, NDRs, RTOs, lost shipments, and customer delivery updates.
Basically, when a courier partner says “it will be done,” you should know how to make sure it actually gets done.
You will help ensure that every order goes out with the right packaging, inserts, branding material, and product quality checks.
For us, fulfilment is not just dispatch. It is part of the customer’s brand experience.
