You will assist startups in developing bold go-to-market strategies, optimizing acquisition funnels, fostering loyalty through community and customer experience, and crafting compelling brand narratives in competitive markets.

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate early-stage consumer startups as part of the selection committee.
• Identify growth bottlenecks and develop customized roadmaps.
• Provide strategic mentorship on unit economics, fulfillment, pricing, and brand positioning.
• Offer hands-on guidance to 2–3 startups on a weekly basis.
• Lead tactical workshops on performance marketing, customer retention, and channel strategies.
