Job summary

Career Tree Hr Solutions in Chennai seeks experienced machinists for CV Machining – HBM. You will operate HMC, VMC and HBM, set up milling and drilling tools, and perform slot milling and heavy machining with precision.

Candidates should have Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering, hands-on NC programming on Fanuc and Siemens controls, and skill with measuring instruments and tool presetters. This role offers on-site work in Tamil Nadu with opportunities to grow in a busy workshop.

• Large manual milling machine experience.

• Slot milling process experience.
• Heavy job setting and machining experience.
• Good analytical and technical skills.
• Experience handling measuring instruments.
• Experience using tool presetter.
• NC programming and reading on Fanuc control.
• Experience in precision machining.

Responsibilities

• Operate HMC, VMC and HBM as required.
