Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the US onshore branch, providing comprehensive client and operational support.
• Understand and implement US Health Insurance regulatory standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle services and renewal activities.
• Handle a portfolio of approximately 35 client accounts as a Client Associate.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely completion of renewals.
• Resolve client queries efficiently to minimize rework and improve service quality.
• Identify potential risks and operational issues and drive them toward successful resolution.
• Maintain strong time management and organizational skills.
• Build positive relationships with onshore branch staff to enhance the overall customer experience.
