Job summary

Sutherland Global seeks a Benefits Support Specialist to independently manage benefit administration activities, including provider outreach and claim support. The role requires handling complex scenarios, ensuring quality and process improvements.

Work from office in India with US rotational night shifts, 5-day work week, and cab facility nearby. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in International Voice process.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in US Insurance (Health, Life, Benefits Administration) or US Healthcare Operations will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with Excellent Communication Skills can also apply
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow documented procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Responsibilities

• Process complex benefit administration activities with minimal supervision
• Review claim documentation and determine appropriate next steps
• Contact providers and other stakeholders to obtain required information
• Manage follow-up activities and resolve outstanding requests
• Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and service-level standards
• Identify and resolve processing exceptions
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation
• Support multiple product lines and workflows
• Assist with training, coaching, and knowledge sharing
• Escalate issues or exceptions to leadership when needed
• Recommend process improvements and efficiency opportunities
