Job summary

Raveone Consultants in Bengaluru (Whitefield) seeks a Customer Support Executive with 2–5 years in the plastic injection moulding industry. The role is a day shift, 6 days a week, requiring strong communication and coordination skills to ensure customer requirements are met.

You will interact with customers, coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams, manage forecasts, secure POs, and help maintain smooth delivery schedules. ERP familiarity and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand requirements and align with capabilities.
• Evaluate forecasts and finalize customer requirements with production.
• Follow up for Purchase Orders as per forecasted demand.
• Review PO terms and formally acknowledge to customers.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Share weekly RM/FG stock status with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through regular communication.
• Support collection efforts with Finance for overdue payments.

Job Description: Customer Support Executive

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial) Diploma /Tool & die makers with relevant Plastic injection moulding industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly interact with customers to understand their requirements and ensure alignment with business capabilities.


• Evaluate monthly forecast variations and finalize requirements in coordination with customers.


• Follow up with customers to obtain Purchase Orders (POs) as per forecasted demand.


• Review PO terms and conditions, and formally acknowledge POs to customers.


• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Stores, Logistics) to ensure timely delivery of parts as per customer schedules.


• Share weekly updates on Raw Material (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) stock status with customers.


• Maintain regular communication with customers to identify new or additional business opportunities.


• Collaborate with the Finance team to follow up on overdue or long-pending payments and support collection efforts.
