Plazza in Bengaluru is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to own customer issues from first contact to final resolution across chat, phone, and email. You will investigate root causes and collaborate directly with store teams, pharmacists, riders, tech, and leadership to resolve concerns.

The role is based in our Domlur office or stores, with a six-day work week and rotating day/night shifts. You will gain exposure to every function while enjoying opportunities for learning and growth.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and Hindi; any other regional language is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the determination to see issues through.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new tools.
