Job summary

Globiva in Gurugram invites applicants for a customer support role handling inbound and outbound interactions across calls and chat. You will resolve queries, concerns and service issues, while maintaining accurate records in the system.

The position welcomes freshers and experienced candidates with excellent English communication, strong verbal and written skills, and basic MS Office proficiency.

Salary is up to 2.5 LPA with 6 days working and a face-to-face interview in Gurugram.
