Job summary

Shining Stars ITPL in Lucknow is hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats, resolving customer queries with accurate information and timely solutions. The role emphasizes quality service and adherence to process guidelines.

Freshers and experienced candidates with good English communication are welcome. Shifts are rotational with 6 days a week, located at Hazratganj & Gomtinagar in Lucknow.
