Job summary

Shining Stars ITPL in Lucknow is seeking a dynamic Team Lead Operations to drive performance in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will lead a team, ensure process excellence, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements to boost customer satisfaction and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in BPO, at least 1 year as a Team Lead, and a graduation. The position offers a CTC of 4LPA to 5LPA with quarterly bonus and clear career growth.
