Job summary

ShiningStars ITPL in Lucknow invites applications for customer care representatives who will handle inbound inquiries and deliver high-quality service. The role requires resilience, proactive communication, and the ability to resolve issues on first contact across multiple channels.

Location is Hazratganj & Gomti Nagar with 6 days of work and a rotational week off. Walk-in interviews are conducted; fresher and experienced candidates may apply.

Qualifications

• Education: Any 12th pass can apply.

• English: Decent verbal and written English with strong active listening.
• Computer: Basic computer navigation and typing 28–30 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound communications promptly and professionally to resolve inquiries.
• Identify customer needs, research problems, and provide solutions or escalate as needed.
• Log call details and ticket updates into the CRM.
• Meet key performance metrics like AHT, FCR, and CSAT.
• Stay updated with brand guidelines and process workflows.
• De-escalate issues and transfer complex tickets to Tier-2 when required.

We are seeking customer-focused, proactive, and resilient Customer Care Representatives to join the fast-paced BPO team. In this role, you will be the front-line ambassador for clients brand, handling inbound customer inquiries across multiple channels. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolve inquiries on first contact, and uphold performance metrics.

Location: Hazratganj & Gomti Nagar

Shifts: Male (24/7) & Female (Day Rotational)

Interview Mode: Walk-in

Age Limit: Max. 30

Salary (Full Time): 13k - 15k (Fresher) (Subject to Communication) and up to 22k In-hand (Subject to Communication & Experience)

Schedule: 6 days working and 1 rotational week off

Openings are also available for Part Time.

Requirement:

• Must have 2-Wheeler.
• Completely night shift
• Salary: 7k

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction & Support: Answer inbound communications promptly and professionally to resolve account, product, or service inquiries.
• Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Identify customer needs, research problems, and provide accurate step-by-step solutions or elevate complex issues to higher tier teams.
• Data Management & Documentation: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and ticket updates into the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
• Quality & Performance Compliance: Meet key operational performance metrics, including Average Handling Time (AHT), First Call Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Product & Process Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with brand guidelines, campaign updates, product specifications, and process workflows.
• Escalation Handling: De-escalate challenging customer situations with composure and transfer complex tickets to Tier-2 support or specialized teams when appropriate.
