Job summary

Smartcreativesolutions is hiring a Customer Support Executive to work remotely in night shift aligned with USA timings. The position offers full-time hours and monthly pay between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000, with annual salary 180000–240000.

Ideal candidates have excellent English communication and at least 1 year in an international inbound voice process; freshers may apply. Immediate joining and short notice periods are acceptable for suitable candidates.

• Configure and maintain CRM according to Digital Marketing business needs.
• Strong Knowledge on explaining U.S , U.K Realestate clients pain points and other International Clients. (Training Provided).
• Customized pipelines, workflows, properties, templates, and dashboards.
• Lead & Contact Management.
• Manage and segment companies contact databases for effective targeting.
• Develop automated processes for lead scoring, nurturing, and assignment.
• Sales & Marketing Management.
• Track and improve conversion rates across different sales stages.
• Reporting & Analytics.
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports.
