About the Role

Assist borrowers through loan applications, resolve repayment and account inquiries, and deliver prompt, compliant in-office support across chat, phone, and email.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Respond to inquiries about loan products, interest rates, application status, and repayment terms.
• KYC & Onboarding: Help applicants complete digital identity verification, document uploads, and application forms.
• Repayment Operations: Resolve issues regarding EMI schedules, payment failures, account statements, and loan closures within SLA limits.
• Issue Escalation: Work with internal underwriting and technical teams to clear application bottlenecks.
• CRM Logging: Maintain accurate records of tickets, interaction histories, and resolutions in the CRM

Requirements

• Work Setup: Full commitment to a 6-day Work From Office schedule.
• Domain Knowledge: Core understanding of loan lifecycles, KYC norms, and digital payment platforms.
