Tradejini Financial Services Pvt Ltd., Bengaluru, is seeking a Customer Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience to handle customer queries across phone, email and chat, assist with account opening and KYC, and guide users on trading platforms. You will resolve basic technical issues, maintain records of interactions, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

The role requires excellent communication in multiple languages and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam. Kannada is an added advantage.
