Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking a customer service executive for a cake shop in Mumbai. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and assist customers with orders, offers, and prices.

You will coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and maintain daily order reports. The ideal candidate has strong English and Hindi communication, basic computer skills, and a presentable, customer-friendly attitude.
