Job summary

Living Liquidz is seeking a Customer Service / Tele-Sales Executive in Mumbai to handle sales inquiries via inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. The role focuses on providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive sales experience across the process.

You will attend calls, follow up with customers, maintain records, coordinate with internal teams, and strive to achieve monthly sales targets. Working hours are 2pm to 11pm, six days a week.
