Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and related platforms
• Ensure all posts, reels, stories, and collaborations go live on time and as per the content plan
• Coordinate daily with editors, designers, and the social media team for smooth execution
• Allocate tasks to the team and track completion status
• Maintain posting accuracy including captions, tags, hashtags, links, collabs, and brand guidelines
• Monitor account performance and analytics in detail (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, etc.)
• Prepare and share weekly performance and progress reports with insights
• Identify gaps, errors, or delays and proactively resolve them
• Maintain content calendars, posting checklists, and internal workflows
• Ensure quality control before and after posting
