• Take ownership of the tickets and resolve the inquiry to customer’s expectations to deepen the relationship and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction Education/ Experience Requirement

• Minimum 8-12 months experience in BPO (Chat Process-Experience in the E-Commerce industry will be an advantage.)
• Typing speed should be 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy
