Leading MNC in Jaipur is seeking Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process (US-based clients). You will handle customer queries over calls and strive to deliver a high-quality experience while meeting performance metrics.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, resolving orders/payments/returns, documenting interactions, and maintaining KPIs. Night shifts and rotational offs apply; immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate (any stream).
• Minimum 6 months in International BPO (Voice) OR Fresher.
• Excellent English (mandatory).
• Night shifts & rotational offs.
