Teleperformance Mohali is hiring for International Upselling—Non-Voice Chat Process. You will engage with global customers, upsell services, and deliver exceptional support in a chat-only environment.

Location is Teleperformance International Mohali Office, Plot A40, Gate 1, Sector 75, Mohali. CTC is 30,000–33,000 INR per month with attractive incentives. Work schedule is 5 days a week with rotational/night shifts.

Formación

• Graduates and undergraduates can apply.

• Experience in customer support/BPO or other domains.
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
• Long-term career in the BPO/Customer Experience industry.

Responsabilidades

• Handle international upselling chat process.
