Job summary

Logfix Scm Solutions is hiring an Travel Customer Support Executive Voice Process to handle international calls about flight and hotel bookings. You will assist with modifications, cancellations, refunds and payment queries while resolving travel issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 6 months of international voice/BPO experience, excellent English, and openness to US night shifts and weekends. Hospitality domain exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months international voice/BPO experience.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• US customer handling experience preferred.
• Travel/hospitality domain experience is a plus.
• Good problem solving, multitasking and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including US/night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
