Job summary

POST A RESUME HR Consultancy in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is seeking a candidate for the Customer Support role. You will attend customer support calls, maintain logs, and assign requests to the appropriate department to drive action.

The ideal candidate has a graduation (BCom/BA/BSc or equivalent) and at least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably with a tech/app/web product. Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential.
