Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and complaints through email.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
• Manage and resolve escalations related to CIBIL/credit bureau issues.
• Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking Customer Service Email Process OR NBFC.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in handling customer escalations and email support.

Shift Details

• Female Candidates: Any 10-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Male Candidates: Any 10-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
• 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs.

Salary

• 1 Year Experience: 23,000 in-hand
• 24 Months Experience: 25,000 in-hand
• 37+ Months Experience: 27,000 in-hand
