Tech Mahindra is hiring for an international chat process role based in Noida, Sector 62. You will handle global customer chats, provide accurate information, and resolve issues within SLAs.

The position offers 5-day working weeks, night/US shifts, and cab facilities. Both graduate and undergraduate candidates with at least 6 months international BPO experience are welcome.
