Job summary

Phoenix360 Solution is seeking a proactive Customer Success/Client Engagement professional in India to drive onboarding and ensure successful CRM/automation adoption. You will build strong client relationships, tailor solutions to needs, and identify opportunities to expand our footprint within each account.

You will collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to deliver value, monitor progress, and provide data-driven insights to drive growth and retention across a diverse client base.
