Qualifikationen

• Postgraduate qualification in Management, Commerce, Journalism, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in academic counselling, student support, or academic operations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic and administrative queries.
• Coordinate with university departments, course coordinators, and faculty to resolve student concerns.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to academic progress, fee payments, LMS access, assignments, and semester requirements.
• Track student progress and ensure timely completion of assignments, internal assessments, project submissions, and other academic activities.
• Proactively follow up with students to improve engagement, semester re-registration, and course completion rates.
• Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining high standards of student satisfaction.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to the relevant teams and ensure resolution within defined timelines.
• Maintain student records, update MIS reports, and follow established academic support processes.
• Build strong relationships with students and internal stakeholders to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Ensure timely submission of internal assessments, project synopsis, and project reports.

• Willingness to work on weekends on a rotational basis.

Eligibility Criteria

• Postgraduate qualification in Management, Commerce, Journalism, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
• 26 years of experience in academic counselling, student support, or academic operations.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
