Veerwal Getwork Services in Navi Mumbai is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to handle inbound calls from North American customers and resolve issues with accuracy. You will document interactions, escalate complex problems, and adhere to policies while maintaining quality and productivity.

The role requires clear written English and willingness to work in rotational shifts. Working days are five per week with two rotational week offs, and a two-way cab is provided for commuting.
