Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking a customer service professional for a 9-month contract in Bangalore to handle international voice and chat interactions for a global banking client, with 24/7 shift coverage including UK and US shifts and pickup/drop for night shifts. Department: Customer Service / Customer Care / Customer Support

Duration: 9 months contract
Location: Bangalore (Only Bangalore based candidates can be considered, no relocation)
Working hours: 24/7 (shift-based) - UK US shifts + pickup/ drop for night shifts.
