Job summary

TP in Tamil Nadu invites freshers for Customer Chat Support in the domestic telecom process. You will handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms, providing timely solutions, with Hindi-English chat support as required. Shifts run 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM in a 9-hour day rotation.

Qualification: Any Degree (UG/PG). Freshers who know Hindi to read, write and understand are welcome; those with English and Tamil only should not apply.

Process: Web chat into Domestic Telecom process

Role: Customer Chat Support.

Shift: 7AM-12AM (Day Rotational Shift any 9 hours)

(7AM-4Pm, 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM,12PM-9PM, 1PM-10PM, 2PM-11PM, 3PM-12AM).

Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG both can apply)

Freshers can also apply if you know Hindi to read, write and understand.

Salary: 21k CTC and 17k Take Home.

We will provide a one-way cab facility for employees whose shifts end between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
