Job summary

Teleperformance in Ambattur, Chennai invites candidates for a Customer Support role. This is an on-site position with a day-rotational shift from 7 AM to 12 AM, spanning 9 hours per shift. Freshers with Hindi proficiency can apply; applicants with English or Tamil only; those without Hindi need not apply.

Qualification is a degree (UG/PG accepted). Responsibilities include handling queries via email, chat, and web chat, and providing timely solutions to customers’ issues.
