Job summary

Teleperformance in Chennai seeks Customer Support staff to handle queries via email, chat and web chat for domestic telecom processes. Freshers with Hindi reading, writing and understanding are eligible, with English chat support.

Work from office in Ambattur area, with 7AM-12AM day rotational shifts and cab facility for late shifts. Immediate joiners preferred; walk-in visits welcome between 11AM-3PM at Ambattur office.

Qualifications

• Should have basic knowledge about telecom process.
• Should have typing skill.
• Freshers with Hindi to read, write and understand can only apply.

• 2PM-11PM
• 3PM-12AM
• We can consider your profile only you are under our Transport boundary limits.
• We will provide a one-way cab facility for employees whose shifts end between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

• Walk-In Location: 82/30, AMBIT IT PARK Ambattur Industrial Estate 2nd Main Rd, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600058.
• Walk In - Monday to Friday Morning 11AM to 3PM.
• Exclude Govt Holidays
